![]() ![]() I have to open up the the files individually through my computer Finder window and play each video segment of the DVD, rather that open up the main menu and play all video segments on the DVD. I tried downloading another 3rd party app, which seems to be able to play my DVDs, but not without a hassle. I'm not sure why the Big Sur DVD app cannot seem to make my DVDs in my external DVD player work? I went to App Store in attempt to download a new Apple DVD app, but couldn't find one specifically made by Apple, only 3rd party apps. The DVD disk is just fine, no scratches or even smudges. I click on the DVD player and it sounds like it is attempting to read my disk, but nothing happens. ![]() I understand it would be out of date, but I was surprised that the new update didn't provide a new Apple DVD player app that actually worked? It appears that there is an Apple DVD player app available on my computer using BIG Sur, that is different than my previous DVD player app, but it doesn't seem to be able to read my DVDs. It was an Apple DVD app that originally came with my computer. After the update, I received a pop up message that stated the DVD app I had prior to the update was no longer supported. Before the update, I had no troubles using my DVD player. Hello I recently upgraded my iMac to Big Sur. ![]()
